OneNineSix presents its Delivery Policy , designed to ensure clarity, efficiency, and security for each order. We work with international third-party logistics from a global distribution center, allowing our products to reach customers in various countries.


1. Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country , customs processes and local logistical conditions .

Shipping to Brazil

  • Average time: between 10 and 15 business days after posting.

  • This period is an average according to orders delivered, and may vary up or down.

Standard International Shipping

  • Average time: between 7 and 15 business days after posting.

  • This modality follows different international logistics flows, which may vary depending on stock availability, carriers and customs procedures.

Note: During certain periods (high demand, strikes, local unrest, customs inspections), delays may occur beyond the estimated timeframes. In these cases, we offer full support and assistance.

1.1 Insured Shipping Guarantee

If the order is not delivered within 45 days after posting, the customer may request a full refund or resend the product at no additional cost .

2. General Conditions

2.1 International Warehouse

All orders are shipped from our international logistics center , with the aim of serving customers in different regions of the world in an efficient and standardized manner.

2.2 Addressing Care

It's essential that the customer fills out the delivery address correctly. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in a return or delay.

2.3 Absent Recipient

Partner carriers make multiple delivery attempts. In the event of an unavailable delivery, the package may be forwarded to the nearest agency or designated pickup point.

2.4 Incorrect or Incomplete Address

If the order is returned due to an error at the address provided, it will be necessary to resend it, subject to a new shipping fee.

2.5 Reshipment Fee

If delivery is not completed due to an incorrect or incomplete address or failure to collect on time, a reshipping fee will be applied, calculated according to the destination country.

2.6 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 72 business hours after payment confirmation. After this time, the delivery time begins, depending on the chosen delivery method.

3. Geographical Scope

We deliver to customers worldwide , respecting the customs conditions, deadlines and restrictions of each country.

4. Deadline for Complaints

The customer has up to 7 (seven) calendar days after receipt to report any delivery-related issues, such as damage, product discrepancies, or quantity discrepancies. After this period, we will assume the order was received in satisfactory condition.
