Exchange and Return Policy
OneNineSix values its customers' trust and strives to ensure their shopping experience is convenient, safe, and transparent. Therefore, we developed our Exchange, Return, and Refund Policy in compliance with the Consumer Protection Code (CDC).
1. Right of Withdrawal
According to the Consumer Protection Code (CDC), you have up to 7 (seven) calendar days after receiving the product to exercise your right to cancel. In this case, the amount paid will be fully refunded, provided the product is returned in perfect condition, without signs of use, and with all original accessories.
2. Quality Assurance
All our products have a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects.
If there is any problem during this period, you can choose to:

Exchange for a new equivalent product, or

Full refund of the amount paid.
3. Specific Situations
3.1 Product not delivered
We track all orders using the tracking code provided by the carrier.

If there are 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts , the product will be returned to our warehouse.

In this situation, you can choose between:

Resending a new product (upon payment of new shipping, if applicable), or
-
Full refund of the amount paid.

3.2 Lost product
Although it is rare, if the order is confirmed as lost by the carrier , you can choose between sending a new product or a full refund .
3.3 Regret after submission

If the product has not yet been shipped , simply contact us to request cancellation and immediate refund .

If the product has already been shipped or received , you must return it to our office. After our Quality Department has reviewed and confirmed that the item shows no signs of wear or damage, we will issue a full refund .
3.4 Defective product
If the product has a manufacturing defect , it will be necessary to return it for analysis.

If the error is confirmed, you can choose between a full refund or a new product being sent at no additional cost .
4. Important Procedures

To make exchanges and returns , the product must be delivered to a Post Office, following the instructions provided by our team.

Refunds will be made exclusively to the bank account of the purchaser . We do not issue refunds to third-party accounts.

5. Refund Deadline
The refund will be processed within 10 business days after the product arrives and is analyzed at our quality center, always respecting the payment method used for the purchase.
